Three townhouses were constructed on this site at Riversdale Road, Camberwell. Initially, two townhouses were required as per the town planning application, however we were successful in obtaining a planning permit for three townhouses. Therefore, we benefited by taking full advantage of the site whilst maximising the return on investment for our client.
