CK Architecture’s Nelson Street project is elevating Ringwood’s evolution to the next level. The location of our 1-7 Nelson St, Ringwood apartment development has all the desirable qualities typically found in inner city areas. With close proximity to transport including Ringwood train station, the Eastern Freeway, and amenities including the revamped Eastland Shopping Centre, this is a step up for the Eastern suburbs.

The development has been met with a positive reception from not just buyers but also the Maroondah City Council and authorities. The local council has been supportive and forward thinking, which has been reflected in their policies. CK Architecture is privileged to work in partnership with a developer that aims for a high standard of quality not only from a design perspective but also in relation to materials and inclusions. We’ve been given the opportunity to design large and charming spaces such as the lobby without compromising the site, resulting in a positive addition to the streetscape.
