Floor to ceiling windows and open balconies flood each space with natural light, while a neutral palette balanced by quality timber offers a sophisticated and timeless aesthetic. Careful attention and consideration to all aspects of the interior detail was required in an effort to respect and reflect the classic heritage of the neighbourhood surrounds whilst applying a complimentary modern interpretation to the finishes.

For these reasons the style great “Ralph Lauren” inspired the overall quality feel to the public spaces of the development’s interior, which is designed to provide a sense of elegant luxury. The play of light and reflection further contribute to the journey through these spaces with the use of Dulux paint, mirrors and lighting. The classic understated colour palette was the primary selection by our interior designer to overarch all other elements of finishes, producing a timeless canvas to build upon. The choice of natural lime stone applied in a French lay pattern and residential corridor flooring of an Interface custom carpet tile with a mix of three patterns complement the paint colours, continuing to build layers of sophistication.
